Brand Soundscapes

Campaign Summary

CreditWise® from Capital One® partnered with NPM Creative to produce a series of Brand Soundscapes to educate listeners on the complex topic of fraud, and raise awareness around the app's fraud detection features.

NPM Creative interviewed experts from Capital One about the importance of keeping tabs on your Social Security number, understanding the dark web, and the design team’s approach to making credit alerts easy to understand.

The team developed three audio stories that were activated across NPR’s digital platforms. For 21 weeks, the campaign ran across NPR.org (Center Stage and NPR Player products), NPR One, the NPR App, and NPR podcast mid-rolls and delivered increases in awareness, positive perception, trust and consideration.
